I'm Kathryn -- photographer, wife, mama and the face behind O How Sweet Photography. I'm a sucker for nostalgia, inappropriate jokes, good conversation and finding the beauty in ordinary life.
I started photography because I wanted to preserve the seasons that seem to disappear while we're busy living them. Now I get to do that for other people, too -- and I genuinely can't imagine anything sweeter.
The Beauty in Ordinary
I believe some of the most meaningful photographs come from the moments that don't seem important at the time. The snuggles, chaos, belly laughs, dirty little hands, and the way your people naturally love each other. Those are the moments I'm always looking for.
Come As You Are
You don't need perfectly behaved kids, matching outfits, or any idea what to do in front of a camera. Show up as yourselves. I'll guide you when you need it and let the real moments unfold when you don't. Perfect isn't the goal -- you are.
